since 2000.

Professor Gupta served as an elected director of Omega Worldwide
(NASDAQ) from 1998 until its sale to a UK-based company in 2003.
Prior to its sale, Omega Worldwide was a Michigan-based company
which operated primarily in the asset management business as an
owner of real estate in the long-term care and hospital sectors
in the US and UK.

VITALINK PHARMACEUTICAL SERVICES

|
Professor Gupta served as an elected director of Vitalink Pharmaceutical
Services (NASDAQ, later NYSE) from its early days in 1992 to its
sale to a larger company in 1999. During this period, Vitalinks
revenues grew from about $50 million to about $600 million. Prior
to its sale, Vitalinks core business was in institutional
pharmacy services as an intermediary between pharmaceutical companies
and long-term care operators.

start-up in the neonatal diagnostics business. Professor Gupta has
served on Ravgens advisory board since 2006.

Based in San Mateo, California, ASVC is a non-profit corporation
with a mission to promote the linkage of entrepreneurial initiatives
between Asia and Silicon Valley. ASVCs goal is to assist and

them with substantive intelligence on cross-border company-building
and access to a support network of investors, professional service
providers and industry luminaries in Asia and Silicon Valley. Professor
Gupta has served on ASVCs advisory board since 2005.
